Flying on a plane often involves meeting new people and sharing a row of seats with other passengers. If you have the option to fly with private charter services, then your experience will likely be a bit different and usually more pleasant. Here are a few tips to consider if you’ve never flown on a private airplane before so that you understand what to expect from the flight itself and the people who are onboard.
Parking
One of the differences about private airplanes and passenger planes is that you can usually drive your vehicle right next to the plane so that you can unload your luggage and board. Make sure you park in an area close to the plane that’s not in the way of it taking off and in an area where it’s not going to get towed while you’re in the air.
Luggage
If you fly on a passenger plane, then there’s going to be plenty of space underneath the plane for all types of luggage. However, when you fly with private charter services, there’s not going to be a lot of room inside the plane for an abundance of suitcases and other belongings. Try to limit what you take to only the things that you’re going to need on your trip. You should also try to pack your items in one large suitcase instead of multiple smaller bags.
Seating
Even though there might not be many people on the plane, don’t think that you can sit just anywhere you want. Let the person who owns the plane or who is chartering the flight take a seat first before you sit down. Seating options are often a bit more luxurious than what you’ll find on a large passenger plane with some seats facing each other instead of all of them being lined in rows. Visit Leviate Air Group
