What is a flight nurse?
A certified flight registered nurse typically has the following qualifications:
- Experience in providing critical care
- RN license issued by states served
- BLS certification or basic life support for health care providers
- ACLS (American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life support) certification
- ITLS (International Trauma Life Support) certification
